VOLUNTEER & BOUNCE FOR FREE!
Have you ever wondered what the secret is to running The World’s Biggest Jumping Castle? Our Volunteers! Seriously, we couldn’t do it without you!
Our awesome volunteers work alongside crew members to assist with check-in, pumping up the crowd, staffing the inflatables and overseeing the safety of our participants.
In return for a 4 hour shift they receive 3 ‘Access All Areas’ passes to enjoy with family and friends. This includes 3 hours access to Australia’s Biggest Inflatable Obstacle Course and airSPACE, plus a timed session on The World’s Biggest Jumping Castle. They also receive a Big Bounce Australia t-shirt that you won’t find in our merchandise shop and bragging rights to all!

What Should Volunteers Wear During Their Shift?
We ask that you please wear closed toed shoes (i.e. trainers or boots), socks (must have on to enter any of the inflatables), as well as comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. Please keep in mind that this is a family friendly event and your clothing needs to reflect that. (I.e., absolutely no short, shorts or spaghetti strap tank tops.) We strongly recommend bringing sunscreen with you and to reapply throughout your shift.

How Do I know There Will Be Space Open During the Event Session I want to Redeem My Passes for?
To meet our participant capacity for safety requirements, we can only reserve a certain number of spots in each session to be used for our volunteers’ free passes. These spots cannot be reserved prior to checking into the event session. We suggest arriving 30-45 minutes before the start time of the event session you are wanting to bounce in to make sure everything is still running on time and that we have spots available. While we cannot guarantee the times you are able to redeem passes for, we will do our very best to accommodate your request to enter your desired event session!
