Do you have a mobile food business and experience catering to outdoor events?
The Big Bounce Australia are looking for mobile food vendors like you to cater to the hundreds of thousands of hungry Big Bouncers that pass through our events every year.
We are visiting at least 10 cities throughout Australia in 2021. All that bouncing builds up an appetite, so if you have quality cuisine to feed our hungry bouncers then we want to hear from you!

FOOD VENDOR FAQ
What are the event hours?
Most of our events operate during the following hours. We ask that you are set up in good time before we open each day and trade for the whole of each event day that you are booked.
- Friday 1pm – 7pm
- Saturday 9am – 9pm
- Sunday 9am – 6pm
How many people attend each event?
The Big Bounce has proved immensely popular since our very first tour back in 2017. Now in our third year, and occupying a much larger event footprint, each weekend invariably sells out in advance. With over 100 of these events under our belt we’ve become experts in ensuring that we get the correct mix and correct number of vendors to ensure that everyone enjoys strong and profitable trade across our event. We never ‘over-book’ food vendor partners and we work on flexible and generous terms.
Who attends the events?
Our primary market is families with kids age 15 and under. We also run ‘adult only’ sessions, for ages 16+, which are towards the end of each event day.
How many other vendors are booked?
Typically we book 1 shaved ice vendor and 4 hot food vendors. This varies by market.
